Professional artists David and Michaela lived on the Mediterranean island of Crete. Michaela still lives and works there. David has retired and has moved to Scotland in order to concentrate on Nature research and conservation. After Michaela moved to Crete in 2009 she and David became close friends and worked together in many aspects of art. Their love of Nature and the views and culture of Crete has influenced much of their work. Michaela uses Natural items in her work (e.g. Feathers, sand and especially shells) in her beautiful collages. David has always used Nature.landscape and people in his work.

Michaela moved to Crete in 2009 and has built a great reputation for her mosaics and collages and all her work is popular with locals, tourists and people all over the world.

David lived on Crete from 2005 to 2025 and was a well known tutor and artist in Western Crete. He held regular workshops and also had a gallery in his house..

Jointly, Michaela and David held many exhibitions in several locations on Crete. Their favourite location was the Mosque on the harbour at Chania where they had many exhibitions.
